Akwaaba Radio ("Akwaaba Radio," "we," "us") operates the akwaaba.digital website and live radio stream, along with related programming, episodes, blog content, advertising services, and merchandise. By using this site or purchasing anything through it, you agree to these Terms.
Akwaaba Radio provides a live-streamed and on-demand audio service, editorial content, a listener request feature, advertiser packages, and a merchandise store. We may add, change, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
Some features (such as your listener profile and favorites) require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
When you buy merchandise through the Merch page, checkout and payment are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. An order is confirmed only once payment has actually cleared with Stripe -- you will see a confirmation on the order page and receive an email confirmation once that happens. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice; the price at the time you complete checkout is what applies to your order.
Shipping timelines, order issues, and returns/exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis -- contact us using the details on the Advertise/Contact page and reference your order confirmation.
Advertising packages described on the Advertise page are subject to a separate written agreement between the advertiser and Akwaaba Radio once terms (rate, flight dates, placement) are confirmed. Submitting an advertiser inquiry does not itself create a binding agreement.
Don't use the service to violate the law, infringe anyone's rights, upload malicious code, scrape or harvest data at scale, or interfere with the live stream or site's normal operation.
Akwaaba Radio's branding, on-air programming, and original site content are owned by us or our licensors. Listener-submitted content (song requests, messages) may be used in connection with operating the station and site.
The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted streaming or that the site will always be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Akwaaba Radio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
